الطلب ببساطة
اختار المنتج واللون والمقاس والكمية. إرسال رسالة واتساب هو طلب لتأكيد الشراء، وليس دفعًا إلكترونيًا أو تأكيدًا تلقائيًا للتوفر. يصبح الطلب مؤكدًا بعد موافقتك على ملخص مكتوب يشمل المنتجات والكميات والأسعار والشحن والإجمالي وموعد التسليم المتوقع.
الأسعار والمواصفات
الأسعار بالجنيه المصري. نوضح أي رسوم أو ضرائب واجبة والإجمالي قبل التأكيد. صور الشاشات قد تختلف قليلًا في درجات الألوان؛ لا نعتمد هذا الاختلاف لتبرير إرسال تشطيب أو موديل مختلف. المرجع هو الكود والاختيار والمواصفات المؤكدة كتابيًا. لا نضيف خصائص أو ضمانات غير معلنة للمنتج.
التعديل والإلغاء
تواصل معنا فور رغبتك في التعديل أو الإلغاء. الإلغاء قبل خروج الشحنة لا يترتب عليه رسوم من BASTORE. إذا خرجت الشحنة، نوضح لك الإجراء المناسب دون تقييد حقوقك القانونية. تُحفظ حقوق تعديل طلبات التعاقد عن بعد والعدول عنها وفق القانون.
الضمان وخدمة ما بعد البيع
الضمان ومدته وجهته، إن وجد، يحددان حسب المنتج والمستند المرفق أو العرض المؤكد. لا توجد مدة ضمان موحدة لكل منتجات المتجر. حقوقك القانونية عن العيوب والمطابقة تظل محفوظة.

Ordering, simply
Select the product, finish, size and quantity. Sending a WhatsApp message requests purchase confirmation; it is not an online payment or automatic stock confirmation. Your order is confirmed after you agree to a written summary of the items, quantities, prices, shipping charge, total and expected delivery date.
Prices and specifications
Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Any applicable charges or taxes and the total are disclosed before confirmation. Screen colours can vary slightly; this does not justify supplying a different model or finish. Your model code, selected option and written confirmed specifications are the reference. Unstated features or warranties are not promised.
Changes and cancellation
Contact us promptly to change or cancel an order. BASTORE charges no cancellation fee before dispatch. After dispatch, we explain the appropriate procedure without limiting statutory rights. Rights to amend and withdraw from distance contracts under Egyptian law remain protected.
Warranty and after-sales support
Any warranty period and provider depend on the product and its supplied documentation or confirmed offer. There is no universal warranty term for all products. Statutory defect and conformity rights remain unaffected.
