اختيارك لازم يكون مناسب لك. السياسة التالية تخص المشتريات من BASTORE، ولا تنتقص من حقوقك المقررة في القانون المصري.
الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع
يمكنك طلب استبدال المنتج أو إرجاعه خلال ١٤ يومًا من استلامه، دون الحاجة لإبداء سبب، مع مراعاة الاستثناءات القانونية. لا نفرض رسومًا على الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع المستوفي لهذه الشروط.
يكون المنتج بالحالة التي استلمته بها، مع أجزائه وملحقاته. احتفظ بالتغليف إن أمكن لحماية المنتج أثناء النقل. فتح العبوة للفحص وحده لا يلغي حقوقك.
لو المنتج معيب أو مختلف عن طلبك
تواصل معنا خلال ٣٠ يومًا من الاستلام لطلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع واسترداد القيمة دون تكلفة إضافية. نلتزم بمعالجة طلب العيب وفق المدد القانونية، وخلال أسبوع من إبلاغنا به. هذه المدة لا تلغي أي حقوق ضمان أخرى مقررة لك.
إزاي تبدأ الطلب؟
- اذكر رقم الطلب أو وسيلة التعرف عليه والمنتج المطلوب إرجاعه.
- في حالة العيب أو التلف، أرسل وصفًا وصورًا إن أمكن لتسهيل المراجعة. لا يشترط تصوير فيديو فتح العبوة لممارسة حقوقك.
- نتفق معك على الاستلام أو الإرسال، ثم نراجع الحالة ونؤكد الاستبدال أو رد القيمة.
رد الفلوس
نرد المبلغ بالطريقة الأصلية، أو بطريقة أخرى توافق عليها صراحة. بالنسبة للدفع كاش عند الاستلام، نتفق معك على وسيلة رد عملية دون إجبارك على رصيد مشتريات. يتم رد قيمة المرتجع المستوفي للشروط خلال ٧ أيام من استلامه، مع مراعاة المدد القانونية الأقصر إن انطبقت.
الحالات المستثناة
قد لا يسري حق الإرجاع لمجرد تغيير الرأي على منتج تغيرت حالته بسبب استخدام أو تركيب أو تلف من جانب العميل، أو منتج صُنع وفق مواصفات خاصة بالعميل وكان مطابقًا لها، أو الحالات الأخرى التي يستثنيها القانون. لا نعتبر كل إكسسوارات الحمام مستثناة تلقائيًا، ولا تسقط حقوق المنتج المعيب لمجرد تركيب صحيح كشف العيب.
قبل التركيب
راجع الكود واللون والمقاس والملحقات. لو وجدت اختلافًا أو تلفًا، أوقف التركيب وتواصل معنا. الضمان لا يشمل التلف الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو التركيب الخاطئ، دون مساس بحقوقك عن عيب المنتج نفسه.
لطلب المساعدة، استخدم نموذج التواصل واذكر رقم الطلب أو رقم الهاتف المستخدم في الشراء. سنراجع التفاصيل معك قبل ترتيب الاستلام أو الإرسال. لا ترسل أي منتج إلى عنوان غير مؤكد.
Your purchase should be right for you. This policy applies to BASTORE purchases and does not limit your rights under Egyptian law.
Exchanges and returns
You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. We charge no fees for exchanges or returns that meet these conditions.
Return the product in its received condition with its parts and accessories. Keep the packaging where possible to protect it in transit. Opening the packaging for inspection alone does not remove your rights.
Faulty or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange or return and refund at no extra cost. We will resolve qualifying defect requests within the statutory period and within one week of notification. Other applicable warranty rights remain unaffected.
How to request a return
- Provide your order reference or identifying details and the item concerned.
- For defects or damage, provide a description and photos where possible. An unboxing video is not required to exercise your rights.
- We will agree collection or return arrangements, review the item and confirm the exchange or refund.
Refunds
Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method. For cash on delivery, we agree a practical refund method with you. Store credit is not compulsory. Eligible returns are refunded within seven days of receipt, subject to any shorter applicable statutory deadline.
Exceptions
Change-of-mind returns may be excluded when the customer has changed the condition through use, installation or damage, for conforming custom-made products, or where another statutory exception applies. Bathroom accessories are not automatically excluded as a category. Correct installation that reveals a defect does not itself remove defect rights.
Before installation
Check the model, finish, measurements and accessories. Stop installation and contact us if anything is damaged or incorrect. Damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation is not a product defect; your rights concerning the product itself remain protected.
Use our contact form with your order reference or the phone number used for the purchase. We will review the details before arranging collection or return. Do not send products to an unconfirmed address.
