Before confirmation
We confirm the selected finish and size, availability, delivery address, shipping charge, total and expected delivery date. No substitution or change to the price or delivery charge is made without your agreement.
Coverage and timing
We serve Cairo and Giza. Other areas depend on shipping availability and are checked before confirmation. Timing depends on your area, product and stock; there is no single guaranteed delivery period for every order. We will tell you about known delays and your available options.
Payment
Our current ordering method is cash on delivery, with details confirmed by the BASTORE team. Card details are not required to confirm these orders.
At delivery
Keep your invoice or order confirmation. Check the delivery details and packaging, and contact us about any damage or incorrect item. Inspection in the courier's presence depends on the carrier's procedures. Not inspecting at the door does not remove statutory return rights.
Installation
Installation is not included unless your confirmed offer explicitly includes it. Check measurements and site requirements before use.
Use our contact form with your order reference or the phone number used for the purchase. We will review the details before arranging collection or return. Do not send products to an unconfirmed address.
